I just got demoted at work. Not for behavior or because I did anything wrong. Just because they decided to combine my group with another. Fucking wankers!!!

With circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one ... why can't they do that for the people at work.

I took a new job within my company and promoted someone to take my position.  Well another young lady felt that she deserved the job because she'd been there longer.

She doesn't know what she's doing, has attendance issues and her performance is inferior to my newest employee.  How is it that people can miss the obvious.  

I actually had to take the time to pull several of my employees off the call floor to discuss the transition with them because she had no idea what was going on.  Even though I met with everyone individually to tell them about me taking the new job.  Yes she was included in those conversation if your curious.  

WTF?  

If I can pass one peice of advice to anyone, it's that you should never manage a call center.
